PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

Site Appraisal
RPRS will identify if a case property has opportunity to add value through property development and renovation. This is particularly useful if equity levels in cases are tight, which they often are. RPRS will value the property in its existing condition and the potential future value if the property has undergone a course of recommended renovation and development work. If there is a clear case to add value then RPRS will recommend a schedule of works to undertake to the property.

Costings
A full schedule of works will be provided to the client together with costings. The scale of works required to a property will vary and will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Development Works
RPRS will work with its contractors to undertake the works to a high standard and ready for marketing and sale.
